Operating instructions

• Use the proper machine
• Insert the burr into the tool as deep as it will go before securing
• Tool should be running at full speed before engaging too with material
• Always use caution when starting to cut
• Do not use excessive pressure
• Excessive pressure can cause chipping or decreased performance
• Excessive pressure or hitting increases the chance of head breakage

Handling

• Handle burrs with caution to prevent hitting on hard surfaces
• If the burr appears to have a fracture in the head or shank, discontinue use Immediately
• Store burrs in their original packaging
• Humidity and moisture can lead to rusting of the steel shank
