These heavy duty CUSTOM PRINTED WELDING & GENERATOR CORDS are manufactured to 8/3 AWG (American Wire Gauge) specifications. More than that, each of the 3 conductors contain 133 strands of 29 gauge 100% copper wire. Moreover, all of that copper is soft drawn & annealed for maximum flexibility under heavy loads.
Besides that, it features a cold-weather PVC insulated jacket that guarantees full working flexibility in temperatures as low as -40°F. Equally important, the Special hard service “STW” 600V thermo-vinyl jacket resists oil, grease and ozone.
Also, the Heavy-duty molded-on 50A-250V NEMA 6-50 plug and connector will not pull away from the cord body. These cords also have a lighted amber Power Check plug that indicates power as well as a lighted green Ground Check connector that indicates ground continuity. Moreover, these are designed for use with portable MIG welders like Lincoln, Miller or Hobart.
The Jacket color is Black so the custom printing would be in white. These are cETLus listed for USA as well as Canada. Lastly, they are available in 8 gauge in 25′ or 50′ lengths with optional 10 gauge twist lock plugs.
