RAZOR PREMIUM ”MUSIC-NOTE” SLOT TILE & PORCELAIN BLADE
The music note tile blade we carry is a premium quality blade and is very similar to a traditional J slot blade. They have extra-large J slots that look like music notes, hence the name. These slots prevent any distortion and also work to keep the blade cool while cutting.
When we say this is a premium tile blade, we mean exactly that! The diamond bits are laser welded to the blade with premium quality metal adhesive so they stay firmly in place and get sharper after each use. Just like the J slot blades, they are designed for chip-free, clean cutting of materials such as granite, porcelain, and ceramic tile that can be very difficult to cut without chipping.
You can use these blades wet or dry but we highly recommend using water! Water significantly cools the blade down, flushing out any debris that would cause friction to the cut. It also reduces dust and will prolong the life of the blade.
These music note tile blades are .060” thick with a 7/8”-5/8’’ arbor. Or if you prefer you can choose to have either arbor size separately. The 4” supreme tile & porcelain blade is most commonly used in a tile cutter, whereas the 4.5” is most commonly used in an angle grinder.
We also carry the Teardrop style Supreme quality Tile & Porcelain blades.
